JRS can provide a complete engineering review of carrier (Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) drawings, including power usage and grounding requirements, cable placement, type of antenna mount, translating technical terminology, guidance for Site Surveys and creation of standardized policies and procedures including strong risk management systems. Full preparation of draft lease/license agreements, including pricing, pricing increases, initial term, and renewals. Management of lease/license and drawings negotiations with carrier and property owner. 

 

In addition, JRS & Associates has experience in working with Sprint on various sites that are being decommissioned and working with Dish Wireless (Cellular) on their new site builds as they enter the market.
