JRS can provide a complete engineering review of installation drawings (relocation, inspection, repair and/or maintenance thereof), including power usage and any grounding requirements, cable placement, points of entry, translating technical terminology, guidance for Site Surveys and creation of standardized policies and procedures including strong risk management systems. We also have experience in the creation of redundancy points of entry and datacenter management and creation. In addition, full preparation of draft lease/license agreements, including pricing, pricing increases, initial term, and renewals are also services JRS can provide. Management of lease/license and drawings negotiations with carrier and property owner. These services may apply to any office tenant within the building, including but not limited to state and federal government agencies, public safety tenants as well as trading floors. Service providers may be provided by Lumen/Centurylink, Zayo, Cogent, Verizon Business, XO Communications, Atlantech, Crown Castle, Astround/RCN, Comcast and AT&T LNS.
