Jeffrey Svenningsen has over 30 years of experience in the vast telecommunications industry.  He specializes in optimizing revenues for owners through a deep understanding of market pricing and demands. His extensive experience presents mutually beneficial agreements between owners and wireless carriers, broadcasters, Wi-Fi providers, government agencies, and two-way communications companies.

 

Jeff’s extensive background and experience bring a wealth of knowledge in the
following areas:

• System Engineering – design, installation, relocation, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, maintenance and operation of wireless communication systems

• Negotiations/Contract and License expertise – 30+ years of experience negotiating broadcasting and telecommunication leases, anticipating and mitigating risks, protecting owner interests and assuring fair value for all stakeholders

• Project Management including site surveys, gathering of technical requirements, preparation/review of diagrams, managing workflows, sourcing of materials, equipment and subcontractors, scheduling and budgeting

• Telecom Engineering services – drawing review, code compliance, aesthetics, RF studies

• Power/Electrical Engineering Services – Data centers, IT rooms, emergency generators, UPS systems and redundancy
