With over 25 years of telecommunications lease creation and management contract experience, Terri brings a wealth of professionalism and knowledge to JRS and Associates. Her broad-based capabilities include all aspects of executive-level telecommunications lease procurement, from the review of structural analysis reports to communication with prospective landlords and the surrounding community to securing the full execution of all documents and evaluating final contracts and redlining for in-house counsel.

• Draft, review, redline and negotiate pre-approved telecommunications leases, amendments, SNDAs, Memorandums, Entry & Testing

• Agreements and the like

• Assist in securing Letters of Authorization Letters of Intent and Notices to Proceed

• Preparation of negotiated and redlined Rooftop, Ground and/or Tower Agreements along with other required documents for submittal to client

• for review and approval

• Facilitate redlined revisions between client and landlord and negotiate on behalf of client at each step

• Assist in securing the full execution of all documents

• Contact with current landlords and prospective landlords and their counsel
